Mountaineering

The Highlands of Scotland has some of the best mountains in Britain for walking and climbing. Wester Ross and Skye has some of the most challenging of these. Many of them are within a 20 mile radius of Sgurr Alasdair - your Highland holiday cottage -  in Lochcarron.

The most notable of these are The Cuillins on Skye followed closely by the Torridon Range and then The Five Sisters of Kintail and the Clunie Range.
